Shipping policy

At Samo Grip, we want you to receive your order as soon as possible. Here is how we handle shipping.

Shipping costs

• Mainland Spain: €3.90 on orders below €15. Free shipping from €15.
• Balearic Islands: €5.
• Canary Islands: €8.50.
• Portugal: free shipping.
• France, Italy and Germany: €6.13 on orders below €70. Free shipping from €70.
• Rest of Europe: rates vary by country, from €6.13. The exact cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Carrier

We ship with Correos Express, with tracking.

Delivery times

We normally prepare orders on the next business day. In mainland Spain, estimated delivery is 48 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times to other destinations depend on the country.

Order tracking

When we dispatch your order, we email you the tracking number so you can check its status on the Correos Express website.

Delivery issues

If you are not available when delivery is attempted, Correos Express will leave a notice and try a second delivery or arrange collection at the nearest pickup point. For any issues, email samo@samosports.es.

We ship to Spain, Portugal and most European countries. Available destinations appear in the store's country selector. If yours is not listed, contact us and we will look into it.
